You must park your car and go inside the Visitors Center to receive a 60 day pass.
If you have a valid DoD ID you may go directly to the gate.
Government empoyees must check in as well.

4. Load In & Set-up
WEDNESDAY, July 20 3pm-6pm
If you cannot make this set-up time let us know ASAP so we can help make other arrangements for you, however, we will not be able to provide special assistance.
Go around to the side of the Center -- use the loading dock Shipping & Receiving.
Check-in at our Registration Table for badges and assistance with a table selection.
First Come First Serve Table Assignments. This is a tabletop tradeshow.
6ft. dressed table with 2 chairs, electricity.
This is a government facility and the internet access is a courtesy.
Bandwith may not be be adequate for speeds you desire.
There is only one strict rule: If you have a deep-frame backdrop or one that is too big for the space or that may interfere with your neighbors or foot traffic, please address it in favor of your neighbors and foot traffic.
